1 /5 Anda M.: I came here for Pedicure and Gel removal “ not powder “ gel that should be removed manually with nail files. Lady who doesnt speak english wrapped my nails in foil and use nail polish remover, or some acidic liquid for paints and left on my nails too long , after that she used electric machine to “ drill deep into my nails and removed all layers of my nails , damaging my nails to the core . Only when I felt actual pain I told her to stop . It was too late . I am in so much pain that I cried the night and morning after . I came to have my nails done and they made injury on my body . I can sue them . The pedicure was ok . If she was tired and could not do it . She should say come next day, or ask other lady to help her. I am prone to infection Now . Instead she was rushing to do it in not proper way . Just thinking about profit . Its My b day this week and Holidays . Now I can’t have my nails at all for the next 6 months .I am in Big pain that I cannot help my child to dress, or do basic life functions. Other lady just said sorry and fully charged me for Pedi and said I dont have to pay for “ removal “ She made my fingers disabled and left me in pain . I am not bad person to ruin someone job , but they should be accountable for this .All my nails are totally removed all layers of it Its just soft skin underneath and bones .Will take me 6 months to grow my nails, plus I am prone to infection and further injury .I am writing again 3 months after my nails never recovered. I have a damaged mail bed and the owner never called me as written below . I would expect at list free treatments in the future :( Last picture in my nail 3 months after .I can’t even place extensions on this

I visited this place for my nails, first of all they didn’t listen to my requirements clearly so they had to redo my nails.. I requested them for a sample nail colors pallet to choose colors like any other spa. The lady who was doing my nails said they don’t have one, They just do by referring photos that we show. I was amazed, but later I saw the sample was shown to other customers. While doing my nails she continuously hurt my nails I almost got blood in few nails, photo attached. Over all had a very bad experience, they invested fear in me to do nails in future.

5 /5 Rachel deLahunta: My gel manicures from Diva nails last longer, closer to 3 or even 4 weeks still looking decent, compared to other salons Ive gone to in the area where my gel manicure will start chipping before the end of the first week sometimes or beginning of the second week. The prices are better at Diva nails than other salons Ive gone to in the area as well. The service is great too, I enjoy my visit each time.

The nail technicians were skilled and worked quickly without compromising on quality. Im thrilled with my nails and will definitely be back! 5 stars and highly recommended!
