It’s obvious you love what you do and you are very good at it “ Leslie took all my concerns seriously and tried to help me find solutions. Several tests, procedures, phone calls later we now have answers . Even though there is more to follow up . Her sharp judgment , knowledge helped me see what I am now dealing with .She accurately caught it before it turn more serious. Best part is her genuine care for her patients and advocates for them. I am so thankful for having her as my health care provider. Thanks to the kind lady at Irvine Office who answer my phone when I was having a bad day trying to switch medical group. Her empathy during our short phone conversation meant a lot to me . Thanks to all staffs during past 4-5 months. Thanks to a very kind Lisa Bui and her supervisor who handled my requests promptly. Sometimes there were some hiccups with front office at another branch but it was understandable given their work load . I always pick up my phone and call them if I didn’t hear from them regarding my test results , my message etc at a reasonable time.

Recently, I had a serious issue and the Dr. Lee at DDDOC, and a physicians assistant Leslie Whitney were relentless in trying to find out what the problem was and cure me. This included numerous tests, procedures, home IV and home nurses and a referral to other related Dr specialities. I continue to be impressed with the staff for its efficientcy , and how kind all of the Dr and staff are. One thing I learned is to use their in-house website for even faster responses.

4 /5 Umesh Jindal: I was a new patient but got an appointment for the next week when I called. Check in was easy and was seated in the room to see the doctor within 20 minutes of my appointment time. The doctor was very attentive and listened to my history of present illness asking questions to understand my problem. He examined me thoroughly and was even able to do a simple procedure to treat my hemorrhoid in the same visit. Extremely satisfied with my visit.
