Chloee C: We all understand that the economy isn’t the greatest right now, but GREED comes to mind with Tiffany. She’s not consistent. She’s great WHEN she’s in a good mood. However, if her mood is off … your hair and pocketbook will face the consequences. Underneath it all, she doesn’t care for your hair. Not anymore at least. Just your money.
