1 /5 Trish P: Forgot to post a review. Nice place. Asked for a balayage and showed the second pic of what I was thinking (a cut and dye from her IG that she did.) The first pic is me with what looks like highlights. I believe I was there for about 4-5 hours - one reason it took forever; never a good thing when your stylist says “uh oh” yeah, she made the color a little too bright and had to redo. Razor cut took a century long and Looks the same as what scissors would do. On top of the toner mess-up, let got with some pretty wet hair because there was another client waiting. I knew the price was going to be pretty steep but she could have at least gave a discount for the mess up. Will not be back. Price tag 200+ and tip. I took this photo of my hair when I got home and after I dried it. Realized I didn’t care for it. I asked a few people if they thought my hair was balayage or highlights and every person said highlights. The color was supposed to be subtle light brown not copper.

5 /5 Ava: I just had my bangs trimmed by Nichole and she really respected the old cut that I had. She did an excellent job, and I love the clips she gave because they’re actually exactly what I need. I haven’t gone to the salon itself, but, I feel like I could trust Nichole with my hair any day. I love my current stylist and like to be loyal, but oh my goshhhh I know where I’d be going next if I ever had to. Thank you so much for the bangs cut. You’ve saved me!

Anna Fadum: They managed to squeeze me in last minute for a simple haircut which is a plus, but Joanna doesnt understand English well enough/doesnt explain herself clear enough. She chopped off way too much and when I explicitly asked to not make face framing layers but the shortest layers in the back, she assured me that she knows what she is doing and did it anyway. I trusted that she understood what I wanted but when it was done the end result was exactly what I DIDNT want. I was so sad I was shaking. I have small kids and cant ever get out for self care. Ive been growing my hair out for over a year and thought Id finally get the haircut I wanted. So disappointed ☹️

naima reddick: Got a medium curly cut from Alexis yesterday. I liked that the consult conversation covered all the bases but didnt take forever. The set up was comfortable and I enjoyed the (add on services) deep condition and hot towel facial. I dont usually go for the extras but honestly, ending the service with a mini facial was an experience I think I will repeate, I felt so luxurious! Im also really happy with my haircut. I wanted short and its hard to find someone who can give you a femme shape with a short length when you have curls. Alexis did a great job of checking in and made adjustments along the way so that I got what I asked for. I think next time Im going even shorter but until then Im super pleased with the results.

Karli: Lauren was so much more than I ever expected! She was so friendly, kind, understanding, and incredibly helpful! I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted, had an idea for the haircut but coloring I was very unsure of. Lauren helped me find a color I was comfortable with and by the end, it looked exactly like what my hair used to look like before it started darkening. Lauren was so welcoming and everyone in the salon was so real and amazing! You gained a customer for life and I’m so glad I came to this salon, the recommendation was on point and I’m so glad I chose Lauren and her salon for my biggest hair experience yet!
