1 /5 Paisley Thomas: I came in to get me and my grandmas nails done showed them pictures they looked nothing like the pictures when they were done I didn’t notice everything that was wrong with them until I started driving home (oroville) I called to get refund she said I can come back next day to get them off and get refund on my card then turned around and said she would have to give me a gift card .. I’ll post pictures they are horrible nothing like the pictures.. they are already lifting i got them done yesterday , they have bubbles in them , scrapped off on the sides , not even to my cuticle , uneven and bumpy and top coat isn’t on the every piece of my nail. They did my grandmas really sloppy and nothing like the picture
we argued on the phone for a little bit and I started to curse when the story’s kept getting switched up .. and she told me (you talk like that in front of your son poor baby I would never talk like that in front of my kid I feel bad for him do better be a better mom) basically calling me a POS parent as if nobody curses in front of there kids .. she didn’t know if he was still with me …. Crazy horrible customer service since the other girl quit that used to do my nails I have been going here for a long time always wonderful service till now .. NO THANK YOU !!
