1 /5 Chelsea Chipponeri: It was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. She tore up my cuticles, was upset, I didnt like the design, and asked her to remove it. The first picture is minutes after the next are a week later. Its very bumpy and thin. After she took the design off, I felt that she kept hurting my cuticles on purpose. All her tools were dirty. All the nails are chipping. $40 down the drain. Ive had my nails done (dip nails) a bunch of times and never once experienced this.

2 /5 Taya Winstead: My girlfriend and I had an unpleasant experience at D&D Nails. Throughout our visit, we both felt judged, and the service was very careless. They messed up my girlfriend’s nails so badly that water pockets formed under the polish when she washed her hands. They also failed to apply the matte top coat evenly. Despite both of us getting relatively simple designs—gel polish for me and medium-length, single-color acrylics for her—the prices were far too high for the quality we received.
