1 /5 Bernice Gao: The dentist stopped midway of my root canal and demanded that I pay $900 in order for the root canal to be completed. I have insurance that covers this procedure and notified him of this. He then asked if I had “friends or family” that I could borrow from to cover the procedure and told me that the next available appointment to complete my root canal would be a month from now. I immediately left with an unfinished root canal and contacted a different dentist. The new dentist requested the X-Rays from CT Dental Group. The X-Rays were blurry! My root canal was completed with care by my new dentist. I notice a lot of elderly Chinese people going to CT Dental Group for care. I witnessed elderly patients here paying cash for their dental services which is very odd because Medicare covers dental services. I believe CT Dental Group is a scam operation that should be investigated and shut down.

5 /5 Danny Ton: Ive been a loyal patient at CT Dental for over 10 years and have consistently received exceptional care. Dr. Chiu is incredibly knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner. The office is always clean and welcoming. I used to dread going to the dentist, but this office has warm providers and they quickly helped answer all of the questions I had. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for top-notch dental care. The office is in the heart of Chinatown in SF so you can get stellar cheap dim sum or pastries nearby. The famous golden gate bakery and its egg tarts are just a few blocks away and make an awesome treat before or after your dental appointment :)

5 /5 Hieu Tran: Dr. Seewan Chiu is fantastic. I had some painful sensations in my back molar and his office was able to fit me in the next day. Dr. Chiu checked all my teeth and cleaned them out and my pain went away. He was patient with me and I loved that he was very gentle on my teeth. He’s a super caring dentist. Just a side note - Chinatown is a tough place to park. There is a parking garage a block away if you don’t get lucky with street parking!

1 /5 Ava Law: I had a big tooth that was filled twice but I still couldnt eat. It was removed two months later. Two weeks later, there was still inflammation, and there were residual broken teeth. I felt that the tooth was not completely removed and was still inflamed. I called for three days, but no one answered the call.

5 /5 Rick Ryan: Every Dentist I looked up that took Medi-Cal got horrific reviews. CT Dental Group, however, had some pretty decent reviews on Google, so I gave it a chance. Dr. Steve Chiu, D.D.S. and his staff were awesome! They made me feel very comfortable, and did a great job cleaning my teeth. I was very impressed, would recommend them to anyone, and will continue to see him in the future!
