In the beginning the person doing my nails was nice and as soon as i asked her if she could fix my nails that I had already spoken to her about she got mad and told me she was gonna remove it all. When I was paying her for her time and I would even double the cost if it meant I’d leave satisfied with the out come. Told me that I didn’t tell her there was something wrong when she had told me she was going to fix them in the end. I asked for French tips and all the nails were super thick, the shape wasn’t in the form I showed them, all 10 nails were uneven. In the end she removed the nail polish and I went home with no satisfaction of my nail appointment and her service. They made me pay 45 out of the 60 when I should have payed them nothing at all for wasting my time making me think they could do the job. If they told me to pay 20 understandable but they just left my nails beat up.

5 /5 Shoshana Maran: My daughter wanted to get a set of nails, very last minute 5:45 pm on a Friday, she not only accepted my daughter but me as well! I had to wait a bit, but the owner stayed late and very gracious. It was very inexpensive and they look amazing. It was hectic, she was very calm and professional!! Great set, so affordable & a future returning customer!

celeste lopez: This place is very unprofessional. I had Madea appointment 1 week in advance and called the night before to confirm and all of a sudden I was not able to be seen. Appointments are not worth making. Lots of excuses . Owner said the other girl who made the appointment was sick. Well I never received a call. I would have shown up wasting my time to just be turned away due to their mistake. Accountability for your mistake would be nice. I warn you others do not go here this establishment is not up to A standard business.

Monica Hamilton: I made an appointment for dipped fingernails. Turns out they only have a dipped base coat, which they paint over with regular nail polish! REALLY??? Needless to say my nail polish was cracked on all 10 fingers within 24 hours. I went back the next day and they saw what a mess my nails were. They told me to come back another day when the owner would be able to help me. What? I am supposed to live and go to work with nails that are peeling off? Why didnt they take my number and have the owner contact me? Apparently they have no service recovery skills - and from the recent reviews they need it. And they need a better business plan. How deceitful to make an appointment for dipped nails when you dont even have the products!! Dont waste your precious money or time.

No. She is very rude and rather believe pettiness than get money to pay her bills. Her loss, I’ll definitely make sure to put a bad name on this salon and especially the nasty unprofessional lady that didn’t give me a chance. Thanks for nothing, you all suck .
