1 /5 M G: I was extremely excited to get my haircut done here since they have beautiful shapes but ended up really disappointed with my experience at this salon. I went in for a new bob haircut and loved the shape but the stylist Igor, ended up thinning and cutting way too much near the roots of my hair. I still do not understand why he did that since I had it thinned out before but in a different way by other stylist. Now, it’s growing back unevenly with a buzz-like texture that I never wanted. It’s all over my head and not just on top. I reached out to Igor for help, but he never responded, which just made the situation worse. I expected much better service and communication, especially when something goes wrong. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend.
