My mother-in-law came into this salon with the impression that she would have a outstanding experience by the "wonderful Jolene" herself. Who says she has 17 years experience with doing hair and extensions. It was to my mother-in-laws understanding that she stands by her work. But after spending her hard earned money of $2,500, she was left with tangled, cheap, straw hair. And after the extensions were put on her head, with only 4 washes, her hair looked like tangled fishing line. It was unbrushable, and was the cheapest quality of hair she had ever had. She was absolutely horrified when she took a family vacation to Hawaii, where her hair extensions were hanging off back of her head. After making contact to see if "Jolene" would stand by her work, what she had originally told my mother-in-law in the beginning, she was shut down and left with no hair. We want to let everyone know to not trust this woman, or salon. If she gets the chance, she will take your money, run, and block your phone and number.
