1 /5 Jose Hernandez: I seen the reviews and still decided to give it a shot since I had a simple job of getting some pistons pressed in. I dropped them off Monday, Andy told me he’d call me the next day. He never called. I went in on Thursday (3 days later) and he laughed it off saying he hasn’t gotten to it and to come back tomorrow. I came back two days later and he didn’t even acknowledge me. I picked up my pistons and just left. Horrible customer service, take your projects elsewhere.

I left my car with them for 3 days for a new clutch and my car is completely undrivable, I took it right back to him 30 minutes later, he laughed in my face, said “I would have never done work like that on my own car.” I can’t believe a mechanic would ever say that. He was so nice and trusting and as soon as he got my payment he wanted nothing to do with helping me! He let me and my 6 year old son drive away in a car that stops in the middle of an intersection and will NOT MOVE! Andy is a crook and a complete liar and he will cheat you out of thousands of dollars. Do NOT trust these people!!!!!!!!!

5 /5 N Rojeski: It is always difficult to trust an automotive shop, especially being fairly new to the area, but so far Andy has been honest and reasonable with my family. He stands by his work and holds true to his warranties. He has a decent turn around time and communicates well. He has never tried to upsell me or try to convince my car needs unnecessary repairs. We appreciate the service and hard work.

5 /5 Jaime Marron: Andy is referred to by other machine shops. Genuine hard working dude and staff from what I can tell. Very down to earth. Best part is being able to communicate. It can be difficult in that industry to deliver the wide spectrum of not only automotive requirements but the customers vision and bring it all together for total satisfaction. Peoples vehicles can mean tons to them and the quality of work they expect but can’t/won’t do themselves can be impossible to achieve. Know it’s in Andy’s best interest to do the best he can. I didn’t have him do any machine work on an engine but press work for some after market lca bushings, knuckle balljoints, hub studs and bearings, and to trim my brake shields for a custom set up. He was more than accommodating and even took the time to coat my parts in fresh black paint. Didn’t even ask. Def future business for me. Also his hourly rate was a bit cheaper than others I have quoted and the turn around time dispute their workload was surprisingly quick.
