1 /5 Melissa Becksvoort: We had a VERY bad experience. We brought our car in wed. Was told it would be done either that night or Thurs by 1pm, he didnt call us, we had to call him and he said it was almost dont, he asked if we needed our car that night, we said yes cause we need if for Fri for an appt. He said ok and never called us back, we went over there around 3pm and his shop was closed and he wouldnt answer the phone. So we went over fri and it was done, so we paid and took the car. 5 miles later the car starts beeping and we stopped and there was so much smoke coming from the engine. It was squirting oil everywhere and all on the road. We called and he said, life happens, and told my fiance to jump in and fix it. We said we would get it towed there for him to fix it and he said. Im leaving by 5 cause I got a game to go to. I said Id wait and was told again, get here by 5 or wait till mon. So he didnt wasnt to help us. So my friend went to the shop to make sure he would be there when we got there and he was already gone right when we hung up. So we had to have it towed to our house cause he wouldnt send a tow at all or help up help us till mon. He just said, life happens. He was very as if about the whole thing. So we got it home and my fiance had to look at it and fix it. Turns out Chuck didnt finish the job and left a bolt out and messed up everything. So it took us more money and hours of time to find, buy stuff and fix it. AAA told us if we wouldve tried to move the car at all it wouldve ceased the engine. I just dont understand if you have your own business, why wouldnt want to do right by your customers. Needles to say, we wont be using him anymore and come to find out after reporting him to the BBB that he isnt even Accredited by the BBB. Do your selves a favor and take your car somewhere Accredited. We have ready reported him to the BBB. Thank you for reading our review.
