TreyceM: I had my microlocs consultation by Noelle, where she answered all my questions, and gave me info on what to expect in living the loc life. She installed my microlocs the following week. I bought my snacks, water, and we watched movies. The time it took went by quickly. We took before & after pics, I bought a notepad to journal all that she told me about how to care for my locs. My locs look fabulous, and I look forward to my loc journey with Noelle, she did an excellent install.
A A: I trusted this place and it messed up my hair beyond repair. It’s been a while and my hair has not been the same it’s the same damn length so short because I had to cut the damage off but it doesn’t grow, I trusted this place and they messed up. My hair was long and so pretty now it’s short and I can’t do anything with it besides put it up.
This place destroyed my hair it’s not the same it hasn’t even grown don’t do it find a better place.
Update it’s been a couple months now and my hair hasn’t grown since I have been here the damage that my hair endured from this inexperience individual has left my hair so bad.
I think what upset me the most was that I complained right away to the owner about the color and when she saw me she didn’t mention anything about how much breakage there was all over my hair. I had only noticed some but there was breakage all over. If she would have mentioned it I would of understood because I know about hair but instead she said she would fix it by changing it to the color I wanted and not once mentioned any of the other damage. I’m so traumatized by this experience.
My review was removed because I spoke the truth about this horrible place the lady by the door ruined my hair I had to finally chop it all off because of her negligence horrible place . Needed to find a real professional in order to fix my hair. Don’t waste your money here.
Makayla Nelson: I live out of state but I will absolutely continue to come here when Im in the area! Yazil was able to get me in super last minute AND before closing to fix my damaged, uneven hair after I thought it was a good idea to try and cut it myself (just dont). She washed, evened out, and was even able to give me some bangs and layers. So pleased with how everything turned out. The salon is super cute, comfortable atmosphere and the price was so affordable! Highly recommend this place, I cant wait to be back!
