Not only was he professional and efficient, but he also went out of his way to buy the parts for me-with no upcharge at all. That kind of honesty is rare. His pricing was the best Ive seen anywhere, and the quality of work was top-notch. Super impressed and definitely calling him again for future repairs. 2 /5 Denis Nguyen: He replaced my alternator, and I supplied my own part while he charged $120 for labor. During the process, he left for an hour without any real reasons, and I had to call him multiple times as I was in a hurry to get back to work. When he got back, I am not sure what he was trying to achieve, but I had to put him to a stop after what felt like hours and call a real professional. I’m hesitant to make accusations, but based on what my electrical mechanic said, he might have damaged my main fuse box by not disconnecting the battery before working on the alternator. I had to take a considerable risk driving to this auto electrical shop without main power or steering assist, where I ended up paying an additional $360 to get my car running again. He’s a good guy though. I guess. Would not call back again.
