5 /5 J.M: I take all my cars to Carlos. He is the best mechanic I have ever met and he is super reasonable with pricing. it’s hard to find a trustworthy honest mechanic and Carlos is just that. I’ll continue taking my vehicles to him.

1 /5 Local Transport: The Mechanics are limited in knowledge. This shop lacks the software and knowledge to directly diagnose a problem. If you need something simple, as a brake change or a part changed, then they are good at that and only that! Forget about a warranty! It’s not worth an argument over that. The prices are like dealerships

5 /5 Thomas Vonderhaar: Our car broke down driving back to the Bay Area and we called up our cousin who lives in the area for a recommendation. She gave us the number to California Auto Plus. Carlos came to the rescue! We got the car over to Carlos and he got started right away. He diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts. We were back on the road the next day. Carlos stayed in contact the whole time, great customer service. Reasonable pricing too. Thanks Carlos!

He took me to my car, jumped it, and when I tried to pay he declined and just told me to pay it forward to someone else in the future. Won my trust and I’ll definitely be coming back for all mechanical issues.
