My only suggestion is that the salon itself needs some TLC. Dont expect an upscale salon. Still, for $40.00 for a great cut, Im not complaining.

Braids By Kadi - Antioch Jennifer Starks: Both my daughters and I have gone here for services. The takedown was good, but the wash and blow dry was not. I finished with an itchy scalp and damp hair. More importantly, the braiders are unfortunately not consistent. Some are just better than others, but you dont know until its too late. A 6 hour Boho mid-back braid install that I got for one daughter a few weeks ago, took over 8 hours today for my other daughter with less hair, and the finished style looked very different. My daughter described the look as a "long bob". She came home in tears. Its frustrating to hate your hair after sitting for so many hours. There also always seems to be an issue with the grand total not being what was quoted. Ive emailed ahead for clarification on costs, and never get replies. Overall, the professionalism is lacking, especially considering the cost of the service. I usually pay over $300 each time my girls get their hair done there. That said, Astou is phenomenal! If you manage to book her youre in good hands.
Latinos Spa - Antioch Maria Daghlian: First visit. I was grateful that they fit me in same day for a haircut after another salon cancelled on me. Cristiano did an excellent cut on my curly/frizzy hair. I am very happy. Beautiful salon with very friendly people.
Haircut Headquarters - Antioch Momo Pagan: I have been going to this place for years for my haircut and the staff used to be very experienced and friendly but lately there are trainee girls, and I got disappointed with the service and quality. I do not want to say much but maybe it is good time to look for some other good place.
