5 /5 Maureen Senoff: I really thought it was time for new brake pads on my CR-V, so made an appointment, and brought my car in. I was quoted a $92 diagnostic cost, that would be applied to my new brakes, if it was needed. No problem. A few hours later I got the call that my car didnt need new brakes after all. And they waived the $92 diagnostic fee. WOW. Such honesty. Oh and they added air to my tires, that I requested. Thats why Bowmans is my go to, for all my cars needs.

1 /5 Orion Brody: Be careful going here!! READ TO THE END THEY TRIED TO SCAM ME! I went here to do my suspension and get a diagnostic. Hugo seemed nice and professional. They gave me a diagnostic for my car with a laundry list of fixes needed— maybe 10 things. They quoted me 1466 to do front and back “struts”— my car doesn’t even have struts! Then, they were gonna replace the shocks, until I said NO WAY I was gonna pay that. By the way— the shocks cost 120$ for all 4 online, they quoted me 450 for parts and 900 for LABOR!! 180$ an hour! Which is already so expensive but they way over quoted me for the labor. Then when I complained about the price, they quoted me 933 for the shocks! A 500$ discount?? Is this a shop that quotes based on cost of parts and labor?? Or are we at the flea market. What can I say. They did some brake work for me anyways and it was good work. Just be careful. I would definitely go somewhere else.

Trustworthy goes a long way in this day and age where you just never know which repair shops are reputable and which ones take advantage of people. You guys are top-notch.
