1 /5 Nancy Estrella: Was recommended by a friend. Walked in asked how much they charge to go lighter with my highlights. The blonde lady literally told me to go across the street because they’re to afraid to do that type of work!? I felt like it was some type of racism. Never again going back.

If you own a business and put hours of operation you need to make sure you are open on time and not make people wait around. So very unprofessional

Kathy Vargas: I had an appointment with Jessica Sunday and Wednesday that is approximately 11 hours in the salon. I had to come back Wednesday because when I left the salon Sunday night at 9 pm the toner did not work, so I came back Wednesday at 1 pm and left at 5:30 with the same issues on arrival. I asked for a refund because I did not want to spend another whole day like on Sunday, and get absolutely no progress. This work is unacceptable especially for the amount of hours spent I asked if there would be any possibility I get a refund and reached out to the manager and got absolutely no response Have to spend 10 times more of the money to just to get it fixed would not recommend and as you can see when I decided to leave she didn’t even rinse my hair correctly still had stuff in it

Kaydince Halls: I had an amazing experience here. I had virgin hair and dyed it for the first time with a dark red then went black. Priya was my hairstylist and she is super sweet and funny. She made my first time dying my hair a great experience even though I was nervous at first I loved my results. Every time I come in I have an awesome time and chat almost the whole time which I love. She provides snacks which was so cute and they were yummy. If you have virgin hair don’t be nervous just do it! (Left virgin brown hair, middle red, right black)
