5 /5 Welsh Allison “Ash”: Kathy C is a fantastic stylist, been going to her for 8 years now! Doesnt scold me too harshly when I kill my hair with box dye (which happens more than it should). Ive never had a bad experience with her. She cuts my moms and brothers hair too.
