Victoria Yau: The salon is clean and has a fast turnover, so i appreciate that my appointments always start and end on time. This review is specially for Ethan~ he’s been doing my hair for the last 3+ years and he’s awesome. He has such a positive spirit and genuinely cares about how you feel and want to look walking out of the salon. I have so much hair (thick and long hair) and he somehow always manages to finish on time and leaves me looking polished. He knows my “go-to” blowout style but always welcomes one-off ideas when I have a specific event i need to tailor my look for. Go book a blowout with Ethan and you won’t regret it!
Zaya Batmunkh: I had an amazing experience at this hair salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. One time I came to the salon at 6pm when they were closing the owner Sally was very happy to see me and let me have a haircut I truly appreciate that. She understood my excuse that I didn’t check the closing time. Sally is incredible so talented and professional. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. I left with a cut that exceeded my expectation. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and genuine care throughout the appointment. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back soon!
Angela Van Gilder: WARNING ⚠️ INEXPERIENCED
I’ve decided to repost my review because the amount of money I have had to pay to repair my hair is MORE than what I paid for services.
In September I came in and told the owner I have fragile hair and only use Wella or Lanza to lift because it doesn’t dry my hair. She assured me her Italian products were just as gentle.
Her products FRIED my hair…..now 3 months later no amount of keratin or oil treatments has been able to smooth out the damage or repair it…..I am going to have cut off most of my hair!!!
You can see if you look closely the white streaks in my hair!!! This is because for the entire hour she had the product on my hair she did NOT check my hair once to see how it was processing even though she sat 15 feet from the the whole time. So I have streaks of platinum blonde in my hair along with my hair just being totally fried. THE COLOR IS TOTALLY UNEVEN! She DID NOT use a toner. I’ve spent more than the $200 that was refunded to me in an attempt to heal my hair to NO AVAIL! My hair has just continued to fall out………
Don’t risk it folks no one should still be suffering 3 months later from damage like this!!!
If you have fragile hair DO NOT COME HERE!!
Ana Dominguez: I asked for certain haircut for my son and they did what they thought was better for him. It was not even close to the picture I showed her… Her response was that it was the same as a picture even though it wasn’t .. Other than that, they were really nice.
Jonathan Wisecarver: Went in for a haircut with short sides and long top. She gave me a buzz cut all over my head and did not do a thorough job making sure there was no long hairs. Had to go home and cut the rest myself. If there was an option to put zero stars, I would.
