1 /5 Darryl & Jessica Hadlich: I normally change the oil on our car myself, but was short for time and stopped in here while headed home. Simple oil change. They tightened my oil drain plug so tight and off center, that it ruined the inside threading of the oil pan and I had to have the pan replaced. You should always torque the drain plug to the number recommended by the manufacturer. Not with air tools. Cost me $300 to fix at a shop.
