Well the gentlemen that met with me when the car was drop off was very knowledgeable of cars,took the time to pull the car into his shop to check on basic stuff,well ended with bad news which wasnt to bad because we knew the car was in bad shape.he discuss with me that it would be wise to get rid of car because of major damage to the engine which I felt was being very straight and to the point which s ave me alot of money and then told he would wave the normal charge for checking out the car which made me feel there are honest mechanics still working in this field.if u wont a honest mechanics to work on your car I would recommend B & C Auto Center 100%

The manager Steve gave me a detailed account of how things went and even saved all the old parts for me (which I had forgotten to remind him when I brought the car in). I would recommend them without hesitation.

Steve & Derrick have always been straight forward and honest in only suggesting needed services and/or repairs without trying to add unnecessary ones. I havent compared labor rates in a while, but even if B&C arent the lowest, theyre definitely worth it.

Ed Summerfield: The auto service is excellent because 1) its lower priced 2) They have a big team of people. 3) they get it done quicker than any other small dealership gas station or even big dealership where they will give you a car rental. It looks a little dirty, but when you have a problem, thats the first place you will think of in the future. The owner is nice and intelligent and excellent customer service.

Cameron Kemske: Had an oil change, tire rotation and engine flush done. It took about 4 hours. Dropped off my vehicle at 8:30 and was able to get it towards 1. Max was the front desk associate who was very knowledgeable and helped me navigate their services and if I wanted to upgrade the current service, they had a very easy to use software that you can approve new work on your vehicle as they go through it. A little on the expensive side I feel like. Big O Tires does my oil and tire rotation for about 80 and they did oil change, and rotation for about 120 with the engine flush being an additional service. Overall great experience

He never tried to add costs to my repair and took a very professional and objective approach to determine the issue with my vehicle. He is a great communicator, very friendly and engaging + knows what he is doing along with his entire staff. We all know what its like to take your car to a dealership when its out of warranty, you never know if you can really trust that they have the customer first approach and often feel like they are looking to just jack you on pricing and make a small issue and even bigger one. Fede and MB are the opposite and I could not be more pleased and I will always use Fede and strongly recommend to try his shop!

Jeff, Danny & their crew have always done a great job, dont overcharge & they honor their warranties. Theyve gone above & beyond for her many times & have helped keep her car in decent shape & running well. They get very busy, so definitely call ahead to ask when you can bring your car in. If you just show up its likely they wont be able to take you that day.
