    J C: Left car at shop for 3 weeks only to get it back with my ignition key switch broken, battery almost dead was never put on a tender and they never fixed the problem and replaced other parts that didnt resolve the issue it went in for. Youll see some old school cars there but dont let that trick you into thinking they can diagnose the issue you have and then end up charging you 1000.00 for a car still not repaired. Theyre more focused on their Jessup auto side jobs and will leave your car off to the side if its a real job not just a tune up.

    Daniel Keady: I would not buy anything from this car dealership. I bought a SS Camaro for 20k cash and its been an issue ever since I bought it. Worst though I purchased a 2020 Ford explorer and brought it back within the 30 days because of transmission issues. They wiped their hands from it and sent it to Ford so it could be their problem. Now that Ford wont cover the transmission and they have told me at Bravos they cant help at all. My opinion is to not give this lot Any of your buisness. Learn from my mistake. See yall in court

The work was done professionally and quickly, he whent above and beyond to make sure everything was tip top and even sent me an electronic invoice to approve before he started the work. The pricing on all the work was incredibly fair and cheaper than what I was expecting especially compared to quicklane. Previously I had been going to quicklane for my maintenance/oil changes per the dealers recommendation but never again. Desert made has made a new happy customer!

    Christopher Gorrie: 111 Automotive is an awesome family-owned small business doing emergency car repair & maintenance throughout the Palm Desert. I was stranded at my friend’s uncle’s house where the A/C had broken down and it was 106 degrees. I’d been replacing my alternator and accidentally stripped the lower mounting bolt. I called these guys up and Devin came out to extract the stripped bolt, put on the alternator, and then Devin searched high and low throughout Palm Desert to find a corresponding bolt. It took him a day to find one, but kept me updated frequently on where he’d been and what he’d found. It was outstanding, highly transparent service, and Devin got me on the road within 24 hours of my original call, helping me get home to San Diego and out of the extreme heat. He also only charged me $204 for this incredible job. I can’t thank Devin enough! Serious savior of the 111.

Ive been looking for a mechanic close to home, and drove by his shop looking for someone to change a brake light bulb. Christian dropped what he was doing and immediately tended to my request. Turned out that it wasnt a burned bulb but a faulty housing. Got right on the phone and got the part I needed without skipping a beat. Christian and his crew are GREAT. Honest, quick and very reasonably priced service. If you need auto service, go to 4V Auto Tech!

    Robert Johnston: After driving down to the Palm Springs area in the fall, we were ready to head back to Canada. There was a problem with our Class C motorhome when going up steep grades (the engine would chug rather than smoothing going up the hill.). After researching options we took our RV to Petes and could not be happier with the service, the honesty and the thoroughness of the repair. On our trip back to the west coast of Canada, we encountered many hills and mountain passes and the RV performed beautifully. Petes Automotive is #1 in our books and when/if we are in the area again, we will use Petes again if necessary. We have recommended Petes to all of our family and friends that have RVs and are intending to head to Southern California and the Palm Springs area.
