1 /5 Rez Parviz: I don’t know who picked up the phone but I called to get my car repaired because it was a problem with the window. I described the problem to him and I asked him if that something he could repair. He told me that he wouldn’t do it for a customer and I asked him why he wouldn’t tell me. I asked him how the problem could be fixed whether or not it was some thing that is relatively easy to do and if it’s something that I could repair and he said he wouldn’t even help me. He said the auto shop is over another words. He’s not here to teach me anything and he hung up on me. I wouldn’t take anything to these people through absolutely rude. They have no patience. Maybe the owners just burned out but you can’t talk to people like that I wouldn’t go there and if you want to get this review taken out so ahead and try going and try and respond to this review I don’t care at the end of the day you’re rude

5 /5 Leo Prada: Dave is a top notch Mercedes mechanic, best in the north bay. Super nice honest guy. I have been taking my Mercedes to him for over 10 years. Ask anyone that has worked with him and they will say the same thing.

5 /5 Ariel Nava: Dave at APEX Motorwerks is awesome. If you have a Mercedes and you want a skilled and highly competent mechanic, then Dave is your guy. We have a 2008 Mercedes E350 sedan with 101k miles on it. We bought it from a Mercedes dealer in Monterey, CA with 25k miles. When we moved from Santa Cruz back up to the Bay Area, we took it to a Mercedes dealer and for some reason, even the smallest issues cost $$$$. Fortunately for us, my father-in-law recommended APEX. We have complete confidence in Dave when it comes to maintaining our Mercedes. Even though APEX is out in Novato, we still make the drive from Berkeley when our car needs a service.

1 /5 GG Jr: Dave is rude, without any humility, stupid and belittles the customer. He has a lot of knowledge but at the same time he has the smarts to try to take advantage of it. perhaps the struggles of life made him this way. I will definitely never go back there. I went to do a specific service, he managed to find other defects in my car to earn some money since the service that needed to be done was beyond his reach, as his skills only solve problems with old Mercedez and not newer ones like mine 2021. be careful when choosing it.
