1 /5 Myra Fuentes: If I could give zero stars I would. alma completely fried my hair off, I was a clueless young adult relying on an “licensed expert” to save the integrity of my hair. I knew the basics to bleach but she kept re assuring me bleaching my hair 3 times in the span of 6 weeks would be fine as long as I took 2 week increments little did I know my hair would fry and break leaving me with at least 1 inch of hair, this was the lowest point within MYSLEF and my self esteem. She knew exactly what she did. When she was done I completely freaked out, I saw half of my hair On the floor and I asked her what had happened, she looked at me and said “obviously there’d be damage” I looked at her with watery eyes and she offered one treatment spray.. a spray would never replace the damage she’d done and still charged me full price. Too bad I didn’t take pictures of my hair at that state, this incident happened about 3 yrs ago. I’ve literally waisted thousands in hair extensions, today my hair is barely at shoulder length Either way I’m thankful it grew back.
