5 /5 David Adams: Where do I start? There are so many good things to say about Alex. We hired him to take care of my 90-year old dad and he has been fantastic. He has a great beside manner, really cares about his patients and has superior medical skills. But, it is all the other things he does that makes him so special. As a "concierge service" client, he really lives up to that promise. He has visited my dad evenings and weekends and seems to be always available when we need him. We had another concierge-level doctor before him and go nowhere near the level of help - at twice the price. if you need his kind of medical help, i would highly recommend you give him a call. David

sondra russell: I recently got hit by car and need after care. I called to schedule an appointment because I cannot drive or walk. I am also a single mother with four children which makes planning important for me. I was told by reception I could not schedule an appointment but to call back every morning at 7 a.m. for a chance to be seen by the doctor. Also a month ago my son broke his arm and it took three weeks for them to send his referral to the orthopedist. I assume that most people with Medi-Cal get treated the same way but there is little to no options unfortunately.

It was a uncomfortable procedure but they do everything they can to make it as painless as possible. I transferred my file here because my previous urologist did not offer the Urolift. Chris Cooney: Edit to my review. Communication when they scheduled, my appointment wasn’t great. But they were able to fit me in later that day, and Dr. Dunham spent over an hour explaining my situation and options. I find this very rare and modern medicine and appreciated the detail and depth he spent explaining things. Previous: They scheduled an appointment during their lunch break. I showed up in the office was locked. I checked my appointment reminders and yes the appointment was at 12:45. No one was answering the phones because all were away from their desk.
