5 /5 Aram Oganyan: Great mini park. I grew up not too far from here and have lots of great memories. This park is really the centerpiece of the neighborhood. In the middle of the park there is this cool little display room that was part of the original gas station that was here at least more than 30 years ago. It always has some creative art displayed. The coffee shop across the street is less than 20 feet from the park, it has a great selection of drinks and a friendly staff. A lovely neighborhood coffee shop The mini market with a great deli has delicious sandwiches, salads, and pizza, as well as a variety of groceries and essentials. Sometimes, I like to get Tamara ice cream from the mini market and some coffee from the coffee shop and sit down at one of the benches in the park and enjoy the moment. It is a nice place to relax, take your mind off whatever is stressing you and if there are no children around maybe NOT have a cigarette because you cant smoke at a park because 2nd hand smoke kills the trees and grass AND along with cow farts smoking is responsible global warming.
P.S. If you have not tried Tamara or Dadu ice cream, I strongly suggest to head to the nearest Armenian grocery store and purchase one, but dont go too far because more than likely you are going to be back for another one.
