1 /5 David Blake: It’s just unfortunate. This guy has to use our neighborhood as a public parking lot for his cars. Cars are all over our neighborhood for days and weeks at a time. I have asked nicely and just keeps happening. I understand that streets are public parking, but it’s just decency.
