1 /5 Andrew Joye: We used this shop several times in the past few years, over time its been fine, but today we went in and were informed that they had a data loss and lost a computer, and therefore lost customer information, not only that but if you dont have your receipt somewhere, they seemed like they were willing to refuse service if there was an issue with parts they worked on. I understand that unless there is record of these things being worked on, theres no paper trail, but the fact this business has lost customer data is an immediate nope from me. Very disappointed and I will not be returning.
Upon returning to the vehicle to take it, the drivers window was rolled down and the door was left unlocked, and it appears someone was going thru the ash tray and glove box. They didnt even secure my vehicle I brought in.
We let them know and one of the dudes working there (possibly the owner) was gloating in response that he has "guns and cameras", as well as insinuated we were "just complaining", unfortunately that doesnt stop someone from someone walking up from the street when nobody is looking, and just taking something from their busy parking lot.
Do not ever take your vehicles here.
