The last time I even had my nails done was here and it scarred me so badly that I haven’t had my nails done. I was asked if I wanted a design or not for my full set and I said no, only to be paired with someone who clearly did not know what they were doing. Clumpy acrylic, bleeding cuticles, the works. I followed the owner from Bella Donna in Willow Glenn to here, only to find that more customers and lower value were the common theme. My full set was uneven and came off within a week. My gel pedicure peeled up within 5 days. I contacted the owner and never heard back after what I thought was a long standing relationship. I now trust no nail salons and do my nails at home.
