5 /5 Sophia Chau: I have been getting my hair cut by Roseann for the last year and I am so happy with my experience! The first time I came in, I wanted to get my long hair cut to a pixie cut. I was nervous but Roseann listened carefully to what I had in mind and reassured me that it would go well with my face shape. She cut my hair in stages and checked in with me after each step to see how I wanted to proceed. She also suggested some hair products for styling my new look, which I really appreciated. Ive been coming in every month or so to get my hair trimmed and I look forward to it every time. Roseann is attentive and so good at cutting my hair! I dont think I could ever trust anyone else as much as her with my hair. Thank you, Roseann!

Trusting Roseann with my new venture was the best choice Ive ever made! Roseann was great at explaining the bayalage process, which made me feel comfortable with my decision to color my hair. I hardly asked any questions because she did such a good job and explaining her process as she went along too, which I appreciate. I also appreciated the shared hair care tips! I was more than happy with my colored hair and haircut!! I showed her the color and type of cut I wanted and I got exactly that. She did an AH-MAZING job! From the hair consult to the appointment, service was seamless, professional, and exceptional. 100/10 recommend!!!

She’s made a longterm customer out of me! 11” of hair gone, and I feel so much lighter and bouncier.
