2 /5 Taylor: The nails itself are cute but i paid for the #2 which says comes with a 10 minute massage. I timed her and it was exactly 4 minutes of oil, lotion, hot stones and hot towel. 4 minutes total! She had the nerve to tell me i’ll sleep good from the massage lol! Why offer 10 min massage & do less than half the time.

5 /5 Madellyn Hill: Every visit to 209 Nails is like a mini escape, a much needed break for some girl time. The moment I walk in, it feels like time slows down, letting me fully enjoy the experience. Q always makes it special, creating a relaxing, enjoyable vibe every time. I am happy to be apart of her and the team’s journey.

1 /5 Amira Prakash: I recently moved to this area. It was my second time here. First time was amazing. I got nails done a lady called Annie who was not present this time of visit. The employees like to talk loud in their language and gossip about their employees. Lan did my nails this time. He did a horrible job "he told me his number one" and said that the lady who previously did my nail "Annie" is new and she doesnt know how to do nails. Each nail is shaped different and the length doesnt match. When I mentioned this to Lan he ignored me. He didnt file my nail. These people are very expensive compared to other nail salons. I would rate them zero stars if I could.

5 /5 Aubrey Her: Wonderful place with great service!!! Q is the best nail technician I have ever have. She does amazing work and always try to accommodate me into her fully booked schedule. This is my go to nail salon.
