The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints - Tracy David Roderick: I moved to Mountain House in early 2016. The closest chapel, on Chester Dr in Tracy, has been worth the drive. The building is nothing fancy, but the people have made it feel like a home. They were very welcoming and even helped my family unload my moving truck when we moved in. Similar to other LDS churches there is no paid clergy. To me that is a huge plus. Nearly everyone takes time from their busy schedules to lend a helping hand and to create a great Christ-centered Sunday Service and awesome programs for different youth ages.
