He also predicts and prevents future problems, and comes up with creative and cost saving solutions. Rebecca is always friendly and helpful, even going the “extra mile” literally, by helping customers with rides while their car is in their shop. Aaron and Rebecca are a great team, and a valuable asset to our community.

Julie Hendrix Took my Chevy silverado 2500hd 2014 in for loss of coolant to Platinum Chevy in Santa Rosa. They replaced everything that had to do with my cooling system. It still was losing coolant. Took it back to them. They said, was a lose clamp. It started losing coolant little less than a yr later. Called them back and they were gonna charge to check it. My son noticed the reservoir needed to be changed. He changed it and it still was losing coolant. So I took it to baam bam mechanical. Aaron fixed it within a few days. Just took a long trip up north and back. Truck runs like awesome. Just in time for summer camping. Thank you Aaron!!

Alexandra Munn I was on my drive up to the redwoods to camp when our crappy rental RV storage key broke in the lock and we thought we were SOL. Happened to come across Corey’s page, gave him a call and he just so happened to have the exact key we needed to replace! Truly a lifesaver and a super friendly guy. Now when I do this trip in the future I’m glad to know he’s around if I have any issues.

Tim Lee We just found Corey on the Internet & couldnt be more pleased. Our RV repair services in Lake County are a joke, very unprofessional. But Corey is excellent. He repaired everything we asked for within 24 hours, even after needing to order a part. Coreys prices are very low, also. Thank you, Corey!

Jay Walker Went to Thurston Chevrolet because a check engine light came on and they said I needed new fuel injectors which was going to cost me a fortune. I had Lampi check it out and he diagnosed it as needing a new fuel filter. He was right, $20.00 later I was on my way with the problem solved.

If you want the best, trustworthy man working on your expensive sports car, or your offroad Suv that must be reliable when you are 50 miles out in the middle of nowhere, John is the one to call. I have not met anyone in the auto repair biz that comes close to Lampi Automotive. His shop is always clean and organized and is good as or better than any dealership I have ever been to. He gives you the straight answer on any issue and does not try to upsell you to make a higher sale. VZ in Willits

Denise Olmstead I was told at a dealership that there was something very wrong with my car but decided to get a second opinion through DFM and it turns out it wasnt that at all. I trust DFM. Its the kind of service of yesteryear. Service was also quick and that was very appreciated. Will continue to get our cars serviced at DFM Auto Repair!

Diamond Joe “Joeydiamond420” Went here for a vehicle certification inspection they want $758.00. when most other places ask for 500or 300.. I would never bring my vehicle to the shop ever this is a gouge artist shop.

Althea Hokafonu Omg I fricken love you guys they always answer their phones promptly have phone etiquette & even allows me to stop by same day for check ups they are the nicest guys ever & the guy in the front desk (forgot his name he was in crutches) such a nice fella they’re all friendly fast reliable service most importantly trustworthy one of the guys that was looking into my vehicle he even offered to take a video to throughly show me what caused my light to come on which was my 1st time experience that they’ve provided such an amazing service so I think I found my new mechanics in my new hometown thank you guys so much grateful for you guys

Alondra my car was shaking a lot when driving it and would constantly want to turn off. they were quick to solving the issue and getting it done right at a very fair price. hands down the best of the best automotive shops. they definitely go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. highly recommend!

Michael Britton Stay away from this place. Extremely rude and will scam you. They are the same group from Redwood Ford just a different name. Ive been dealing with them for almost 2 years on a vehicle I traded in. I continuously receive toll bills, suspended registration and now letters from the Tax Board about the vehicle THEY own. At one point REGGIE promised to remedy it but of course that was a lie. They then referred me to the dealership in Reno to fix it. The Reno dealership was very helpful but they dont have any part in it. They told me to get a lawyer to deal with Jacinto! I have all the paperwork to back up my story. Stay away from this business. There are plenty more horror stories from that place.

Tommy C I just had a great experience with this company! Jose treated us great! No pressure! Casey had a great attitude, and made the paper nightmare more like a walk in the park! Ive purchased from quite a few different places, and Jacintos was one of, if not the best experience of all! If youre looking for a vehicle, go see Jose, hell treat you right, and youll get a reasonable deal!

Darrell Bailey My wife was traveling through the area by herself when the transmission went out. The other transmission shops in the area said it would take 2 weeks or more to get her back on the road again. John said he could do it in a few days. We had previously been experiencing a miss in the motor and had taken it to two GM dealers....neither one could find the problem. John found the problem and fixed it in about a hour. John was very upfront and honest....and her truck runs like a top now.

Jake Schifano Mike went over and above to help us out on our company trucks brake replacement and found a coolant leak as well. He stayed extra late to finish the repairs for us so we can get the truck back working on the job the next day! Highly recommend, very professional and affordable! Thanks Mike! You saved the day!

J S Sorry Kelly but Mike doesnt care about people. If he cared he wouldve done the easy fixes on my car (like tightening screws on the manifold where oil was clearly leaking from there was an obviously large gap) and add more coolant because i was extremely extremely low and that is a sign of an issue going on he didnt care to look at.. and not just say to replace the entire turbo charger. I paid $90 for a code I already had. $90 I worked hard for. He did not. I was on time for my appointment there but had to wait around 3 hours just for that code I had already gotten and it took less than 10 minutes from the previous mechanic and was free. I just wanted to get a 2nd opinion and help. Im so glad I went and got a 3rd opinion from a better mechanic that cares to look under the hood and diagnose issues with their knowledge. Not affordable! I got a quote for $1900 to replace the turbocharger in my car, they said $900 for labor and $1000 for parts. The entire turbo charger replacement kit online costs right around $200. That ended up not being the issue and the mechanic here didnt actually take a look under my hood but charged me $90 for the visit for a code I already had. If they looked under my hood they would have seen the oil leaking every where, extremely low coolant, and the big gap in the manifold that just needed to be tightened down and all the parts for the pcv intake were falling apart or damaged. The pcv intake replacement was $70, no need to replace the turbocharger like they recommended here and doing what they suggested wouldnt have fixed my car and would have just caused more problems and possibly mess up my car. I want my $90 back. What a scam. Im very tempted to go to the store in person to complain, I am tired of these scamming con artist mechanics out here. Look up turbo charger replacement videos and it shouldnt take someone more than a few hours going slow and they want to charge $900 for labor here? And charge 20x the actual retail price for parts. Thats rich

We called and they were able to fit us in same day and look at the car and push the bumper back out. The gentleman that helped us was so friendly and nice. If we lived closer this is where I would bring all of my cars for repair.

Judy Bryan Mello Had the truck towed to the dealership. They kept it for 2 weeks! Kept coming up with problems. Finally got it back today after spending way too much money. Then 40 miles down the road…busted tire. New service that we had to call to fix tire said it was because the truck had probably been sitting in fluids at dealership service and destroyed the rubber. NEVER will we but a vehicle from them again nor will we have them service. Total rip off.

Carlos Rueda We left the car to get it fixed in this dealership. Days before they call us saying that something happened and the car rolled through the parking lot by itself, so this manager told us that we had the responsibility and we got to pay for it. Nobody helped us except Jose who was really nice. We had a really bad experience in this place. We don’t recommend to go there at all. This is how they left our car.

Cameron Alexander We needed all of our breaks replaced on our motorhome and they did a wonderful job and finished same day, $1k for labor but thats not bad for RV repairs.

The People Best deal on tires in Mendocino County and Lake County. Got a nice set of 35 inch Toyota M/Ts for my Chevy and Some Nitto Ridge Grapplers for my Tacoma. Really happy with their service and especially grateful for their honest rates, finally we have somebody GOOD AND GENUINE TO TURN TO AROUND HERE!!!! Give these guys a try, yall won’t regret it.

Houston Sells Got an alignment and 4 new tires within a couple hours of calling them from start to finish and got $1100 tires on sale for $800. Walked out paying $350 or $400 less than I expected when I walked in. They got it done fast!
