Daniel Chirillo My experience in the Fall of 2024 with Loch at Dens Auto Repair is first and foremost he is a person of great integrity and a big heart towards anyone who has the fortune to meet him. Matching that is his skill and knowledge of his trade. I learned all of this of Loch within an hour of him answering my call of an engine failure shortly after the shop had closed. He remained at the shop waiting for the tow truck to arrive with me, my family and car. I explained we were in a bind, 750 miles from home, and needing to be at our destination another 250 miles away the next day. He immediately set about diagnosing the cause of the engine failure while showing and explaining to me each step he took. I knew enough from my younger days of doing some engine maintenance to understand that what he showed me meant a blown head gasket and cracked engine and a repair that could not be completed in time to put us back on the road within a day. By Loch understanding our predicament, he showed an immense amount of kindness in staying after hours to look at the car. His quick and expert diagnosis made our decision easy to leave the car in his good hands for repair and rent another. When I returned to the shop after the repairs were completed Loch explained to me what had been done while showing me the restored engine. Seeing me off he gave me a couple of cold bottles of water for what turned out to be a long and smooth road trip home!

I brought in my 1988 Honda Accord had taken the car to other shops and they all kept screwing me over charging me an arm and leg to get it running but there would always be another problem. Elvira Aceves I had an excellent experience with Cardoza Automotive today. My car unexpectedly overheated, and it was clear that the water pump needed immediate replacement. I called Denny at Cardoza Automotive, and he kindly told me to head straight to their shop. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Brandie, who was incredibly amazing. She promptly ordered the necessary part, and the turnaround time from when I arrived to when I picked up my car was just three hours. Denny and Brandie were not only kind but also exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process. The service was efficient, the price was the best around, and their customer care was top-notch. I am definitely bringing all my automotive needs back to Cardoza Automotive. They are truly good people providing excellent service. Highly recommend!

xyooj tamada “ona” Called about having my u-joints replaced on my driveshaft. Mechanic told which side and how many do I want to replace. I told him the front driveshaft and just 1 u-joint needed replace. The drive shaft has 2 u-joints only. He told me 20 bucks. I took it off myself, bought the parts myself and took it to him. I thought ok 20 bucks, might as well change both u-joints on the one shaft. So it should be 40 for labor. After hrs of working on it he finally got it on. Told me and my brother 120. Wait I might of heard him wrong but how is it 120 when he changed 2 ? I must of heard 20 but he probably meant 120 for 1 u-joint and he changed 2 so I owed him 240 for labor right? So 120 means he changed 2 and charged me 60 per u-joint? 120 and 20 I can understand might of been my fault ( Just for labor, I took everything off the car and bought my own parts ). How did I hear 20 he charged 120 for both u-joint that means he said 60 per and I heard 20? Bottom line is this place was the only place open at the time. He ripped me off bad but I had a long day and didnt want to start any trouble. Take my advice and avoid this beat down place even if its the only shop still open on saturday. Went from 20 to 120 because he thought it was a easy job but took him longer and changed the price on me. Yea if you reading this you know who I am. Karma will bite you when you least expect it.

TheSoulTransferProtocol ******* I have taken my previous vehicle to Moes several times before and was very pleased with the experience. I just took my 94 LSS 88 OLDS in to get my AC fixed and Moe delivered quickly with more than reasonable rates, explained the issue, ran tests and his estimate of cost was spot on. He is very personable and an excellent mechanic. I highly recommend his service. He is my "go to" mechanic here in Stockton.

Dee Prado Stockton Auto is a good place to go. I just recently got my car fixed through them. They were very helpful and for what ended up being wrong with my car, it would’ve been a lot more $$$. They ended up fixing for a lot less than quoted. It was not about the money but more about fixing the vehicle and making the customer happy. I would go back to them for repairs.

Sean Roby I worked here for about 4 or 5 months and we did a Diagnostics on a 2018 white Dodge Charger 6 cylinder, my lead tech Ricardo and my manager Uriel told the customer that they that he needed a new motor so I want to go look at it turns out it didnt need a motor it just needed a starter they continued to buy the car for $500 and ended up selling it for $18,500 dont bring your car there unless you want a new motor for no reason

JIK JIK Alert: The skinny mechanic at this place did oil change on my car, and after this oil change, my car started leaking oil. It was his carelessness that he didn’t properly tighten the bottom bolt where the oil comes out. If your car is ruined here, nobody here will take responsibility for any wrongdoing and you will be told nothing except false blames on you and not them and all sorts of lies. I went here for a simple oil change service and then my car was ruined. Never ever before did I saw a drop of oil under my car, and this mess started after this oil change. Feeling extremely disappointed. Never ever coming back.

Meeba Iqbal Extremely unhappy and a very unsatisfied customer. Sad to say this but safety is always first and this may help somebody else. I was ripped off at this place. I am never ever going back for any kind of auto service to this place. Complete rip off, scam, their only interest was milking money out of me. They will keep on recommending running fake diagnosis. They can’t fix vehicle and add to the problem instead of fixing it. My vehicle that they worked on is making strange kind of noises now. I feel they simply cannot provide honest service, and want to trap customers to further milk money out of innocent people/customer. Simply not going back because I didn’t get my vehicles properly fixed.

Ian Ford Recently the check engine light came on in my car and it started running really rough. The first place I took my car to wanted to charge me a diagnostics fee prior to repairing my car. When I took my car to Ricks Bruce at the front desk and his team took care of me without a diagnostics fee at what is half the price of the former place. And now my car runs much better. If your car is in need of service I cannot give a higher recommendation for Ricks. I know Ill be returning for their services.

Equally important they refuse to fix it claiming they busy yet made an appointment ahead of time and issue take too long to resolve. The repair was completed on time and done well. Nearly a year later, the part malfunctioned. I brought the vehicle back to the shop, and they warrantied both the part and labor without any hassle. Again, this was a failure of the replacement part, not the installation. We just picked the vehicle back up, and well definitely return if we need their services in the future. Jerry Wilis This place charged me 389 dollars for an alternator for a 2005 Hyundai. AutoZone has alternators all day for under 150. I understand up charging but really. I was offered a chance to get my own part. Make sure you bring your own parts!!! I was charged over 500 but if I would have got my own part job would have been 250 at the most.
