Money Benz I was super nervous at first taking my car in for check engine light diagnostics AND John was more than helpful he was able to see there’s a problem with my sensor he ordered parts and had my 2014 Dodge Dart Ready to go a little after an hour!! John and his Wife Vanessa Are Amaaaaazing! Definitely will recommend to family and friends

Tracina johnson I really didn’t want to leave a bad review but this shop has left me no choice. Being that John has fixed one of cars before I wouldn’t think I would have such an unprofessional inconsiderate just all over mess of an experience. On may 3 John towed my vehicle to his shop and took half of what I thought would be the total price. A week and 2 days pass and I have yet to hear any news or updates on my vehicle so Tuesday the 11th, I call to see what’s going on when John tells me he can’t find the parts for my car . A WEEK INTO HAVING MY CAR SIT IN THE JUNKYARD he tells me he can’t find the parts after taking 750$ of my Money. After telling him he already took a partial amount of my money and I didn’t leave my car in his possession for a week just for him to turn around and bring my car back in the same condition I released it to him in. He told me this would only be a 2 week if that job. After having to go back and fourth about fixing the car a woman calls me and tell me excuses about it being Mother’s Day tow truck issues etc. but they have all of my vehicles parts and it will be done Friday afternoon to early Saturday morning. I was suppose to receive updated photos of my vehicle Friday evening which I never received and now Saturday morning i had to call them multiple times to get no answer . Finally found a different number and now they are telling me they don’t know when my car will be finished and I can pick it up Monday. We are going on almost three weeks now. This is the worst service I have experienced by far and I will be complaint to the bar about the quality of this business. Who treats someone like this during a pandemic while having their car. It’s just shameful

Devine Garrett Great Experience. The technician Ken whom was working at the front desk illustrated the true meaning of customer service. I was not only greeted with an genuine welcome but i was also well informed about the process and work that needed to be done. I also witnessed him give the same courtesy to all customers that came in behind me. I recommend this place to whom ever is in need. Im truly grateful.

Cindys Davis Angel helped me today with 4 New tires and an Oil Change. I waited in the Lobby and had the privilege of watching Angel interact with other Customers and honestly I was very impressed. His level of professionalism and kindness was very Above and beyond. Wish we had customer service like this everywhere we go, It was outstanding service. And I spent over $700 today and it makes me feel good when I leave knowing that they took good care of me and I was treated with kindness and respect and I definitely will refer others to come here and I will be back as well with my other vehicles. Bangbang Baby Thanks to the Caliber team for a great and quick job! I Have AAA so there shop is DRP so insurance told me it makes things easier which it was. My part got ordered that day and delivered the same day so I was able to drop off and pick my vehicle up all in the same day. Quick and easy and the staff were amazing!

Thomas Dragos I NEVER leave reviews unless I’m angry. This place is amazing. They made my brand new truck, brand new again. I can’t thank these guys enough. They even touched up a few extra spots I had as a kind gesture, so they actually made my truck better than before. Bryan was very informative and helpful Brandan made me feel like a VIP and went the extra mile to leave me with nothing to complain about, like I always do. David Padilla I own a 1984 F250 6.9 IDI I was having clutch issues and went to multiple shops, including diesel shops and was turned away because my truck was “too old” after feeling defeated thinking I would never have this truck on the road again I came across Reliable Automotive! Emily assisted me and they were willing to help me out! Emily was great as she gave me updates along the way and was very communicative throughout the whole process! Got my truck back and enjoy being able to drive it once again! I will only be coming to Reliable Automotive for here on out!

I expressed my concerns with taking my car for repairs and they were amazing at helping me fully understand each step required to repair my car. Wedding Planner Stopped in to get my winter tires swapped out, and they went ahead and did it for free. Wasn’t expecting that at all. Good folks, fast service, and no runaround. Hard to find places that still look out for people like that. I’ll definitely be back when I need new tires.

Lorenzo Gabiola J&S Auto Repair shop provides excellent service and the owners (husband and wife) are truly honest. My Toyota 4-Runner was repaired in a timely manner and the cost (i.e. Parts & Labor) is reasonable. Highly recommended.

Joshua Furnald Antioch Convertibles and Auto took great care of me. I had them install the carpet in my OBS Ford F250, refurbish Bronco seats and install the seats. The owners been doing this work since he was a kid. The pricing was reasonable and the outcome was best. Thanks!

Asuntuwa Hunter On Jan 31st 2025 I failed my smog test due to a malfunction indicator light. On that same day I took my car to AutoTek and they found the small emissions leak and fixed the leak. The next day Feb 1st 2025 I passed my smog inspection. Thanks to AutoTek!

Jonathon Bellesorte Went in to have an axle back exhaust installed, reasonable price ($150). They removed my mid pipe from the down pipe and didnt even bother to reinstall it, giving me a rattling noise + exhaust leak on my car. I honestly thought these guys did good work until I inspected it myself. INSPECT YOUR CARS AFTER YOU WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE INCOMPETENT OR LAZY.

Allen Payton Kraig and team checked it out. Fixed what was needed and got me back on the road the same day, and for a lot less than I thought it was going to cost me!
