Tina Poer We stopped in for lunch and a little nostalgia. My husband grew up in the area, and we both have fond memories of visiting the saloon often over 25 years ago when we lived nearby.
We seated ourselves and were promptly greeted for lunch service. We started with a cold beer and Lils Lawful Lemonade — I highly recommend the Lemonade! It was refreshing and delicious.
For lunch, we ordered the Reuben with sweet potato fries and the Western Burger with house-made chips. Both dishes were fantastic! The corned beef on the Reuben was incredibly tender, and everything was full of flavor.
It was such a fun trip down memory lane, and the food and service made it even more special. We’re so glad we stopped in and absolutely recommend a visit!
