4 /5 Maria C: Nice little casual restaurant to grab a good sized meal in the casino, especially with the food court still down.
We started with hot cocoa and coffee, both nice and rich and the hot cocoa topped with a velvety thick whipped cream. Next, the creamy Pineapple Rum Cheesecake which came with a small scoop of coconut sorbet, little buttons of Malibu whipped ganache, dried candied pineapple bits and topped with a dried slice of pineapple -so good and yet still pretty mellow as far as not being "too sweet"...the dried pineapple was a bit tart sweet. For dinner we went for a breakfast of Country Fried Steak, he always gets this because they have one of the best -crispy and tender lightly smothered in a chunky sausage gravy, two farm fresh eggs any way you like them, perfect cut squares of crispy homestyle potatoes, and your choice of toast with a side of jam. I tried the Caprese Chicken Sandwich this time which came with a well seasoned pan fried chicken breast covered in mozzarella on a fresh pesto smeared toasted bun, with 2 slices of tomato, and fresh arugula; very juicy and a lot of savory flavor.
Staff were friendly, very attentive, flow of dishes were served perfectly spaced/timed, and check ins and refills were great.
