1 /5 Ravin Shan: I am currently staying here and had booked two nights for January 10th, 2026. Unfortunately, my experience with one of the servers during dinner has left a lot to be desired. From the moment we were seated, the attitude displayed was dismissive and unwelcoming. It was clear that this individual felt superior to the guests, which is not the attitude one expects from someone in the hospitality industry.
Customer service should always be a priority in such an environment, and it was extremely disappointing to experience such poor treatment. I had high expectations given the reputation of the establishment, but this incident has significantly impacted my view.
As a result of this negative experience, I decided to cancel my application to join the wine club. Itβs unfortunate to feel this way, but I believe management should review their staffing decisions to ensure all guests are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.
