The Station Public House - Auburn (CA)

5 /5 Lori McIntosh: The Station House is one of our favorite downtown Auburn hangouts—especially when the sun’s out and the patio’s calling. Nothing beats sitting outside with friends, soaking up that Gold Country sunshine, and working your way through their massive beer list. I’m loyal to their buffalo wings—they’re dangerously good. Sometimes a little heavy on the sauce, but that’s just part of the fun. Great food, friendly staff, and the perfect Auburn spot to kick back and stay awhile.

5 /5 Rich Thickens: Everything is good here, portions plentiful, prices just a bit lower than expected - NICE! Staff is great too as is their selection of stuff on tap. And then there is the plentiful outdoor dining (Beer Garden). Service is on par with everything else here. Can’t go wrong! Had the Thai Street Tacos today - what a treat! Love it! PS: Outdoor dining is dog friendly which is also nice. PPS: If you have to wait for someone who is an hour late for a meeting (Ahem Deno….) this is the place to do it.

5 /5 DJ Tee: This pub was amazing! Wide selection of food & drinks - taste did not disappoint. We ordered their pork fried rice, smoked stack burger with a side of tots, and a round of drinks. Spent $75 including tip. Fried rice was tasty; texture & temp indicated it was made to order; generous portion of protein and the overall fish. Hubby says the burger was cooked to perfection and the bacon was crispy. The tater tots were spot on (coming from a potato lover)! Outside patio had umbrellas for every table + MISTERS (+1 star for the value add). Water stations also available. This spot is on the slope of a hill - street parking available but you might have to walk a little.

4 /5 Ayrian Ewing: Just stopped in to try a new place and I was delighted to find this spot. The mussels were yummy and the flat bread was decent. I think the food was fair priced and the atmosphere was great. Id def go again!

5 /5 Christopher Chung: An excellent, high-quality pit stop when en route to or from the Sierras. Pub fare done up and done well, with strong Latin and Asian twists. Dirty Fries, like bbq nachos served over crispy spuds — a crowd-pleasing appetizer to share over beers. Public House Cobb, crisp, yet hearty — a refreshing crunch especially after extended camping. Beautiful outdoor seating options with umbrellas and landscaping. Many local beers on tap.
