Tacos don Paco - Eureka (CA)

5 /5 Allisen Souza: Stopped by the Fortuna location today for a drive by lunch and quickly discovered that we have a new favorite spot for Mexican food. Best ever!! Everyone agreed that the meat and salsa had the tastiest flavor that we have had… it even beat some of the Bay Area bites that we have had recently. Top quality food and friendly quick service was a win for us. Highly recommend the Birra and the Al Pastor!

From Ventura County to Humboldt County and have been everywhere in between traveling throughout Cali for work. This truck is an example of why street tacos are a joy to life in Cali!!! Very well done! This is an asada con salsa arbol taco and it won my vote at Taco Fest!

5 /5 Smith Amy: Holy moly! This food truck is a gem. Having eaten tacos all over California, Texas and even Mexico I like to think I’m a pretty good judge. I had the Al Pastor and it was so flavorful, but then along with ALLLLL the chilies, I’m a huge fan of pineapple and/or mango salsas. We will definitely be visiting this truck again. Tacos Don Pacos is in my top 5 for mexi-food trucks in northern Humboldt. Next year at Taco Fest maybe they’ll let the people vote too, I’m sure they would have won for sure.

5 /5 M C: These tacos are delicious. They are so good. I am going to brag, I am from Tijuana, and I grew up with the most delicious and real tacos around. I don´t know where Don Paco is from, but, he certainly makes super tasty tacos, for sure the best tacos in Humboldt and California. Tripa con asada uff! mamá!
