5 /5 Nevin Chen: The service here in Steamy Piggy is great! They got amazing dishes and drinks! The restaurant is so clean! I would defiantly visit this place if I was hungry! Oz and Tracy are nice and quick if I need anything from them.

5 /5 Cody (Digging In With Cody): Steamy Piggy is a Chinese-fusion restaurant that has such a fun and unique ambiance! Very colorful and fun! I ordered the Bao Flight as a part of their Happy Hour (3:00-6:00) — the three bao were as followed: Bulgogi, pork and chicken! Then I also ordered their “Kawaii buns,” which were these cute piggy-shaped buns filled with custard! The bao flight as part of their Happy Hour was $15. The Kawaii buns were $9. The staff was attentive and patient with me as I read the menu a few times to decide what I wanted. The food was flavorful, and presented tremendously well. Highly recommend if you’re ever in San Diego!

4 /5 Kellen Brown: Was very unpleasantly surprised by the food. Definitely expected more from the awesome reviews I had seen and the epic interior design. The wings was just a bad decision, dry and lacking flavor. The soup dumplings were nothing special. The wontons were my favorite part those had a great flavor profile. Fried rice was just good, hard to mess that up. Portions were pretty big I’ll give them that. The sauce on everything table was kind of sweet chili sauce and that may have been the best thing there, not a great sign I put it on everything. Service was slow, all were nice and pleasant but they were not quick with it in the slightest. Chance we just had a bad expirence but I have no plans of ever coming back.

5 /5 Michelle S: The food was great! OZ and Tracey were especially friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and arrived hot and fast. The beef chow fun was my favorite but could use a little more meat. The Thai tea is really good too. **I will add that the music noise was good. Restaurants seem to play music very loud and it’s really hard to communicate with the people at the table and not an enjoyable experience. Thank you for not having the music loud and just in the background.
