5 /5 Vivian Ngo: Came to dine in and the service was great. They were very attentive and the food was quick. They start you off with a Pandan Tea drink that actually tastes of pandan without being watered down. Do note that this place is "Modern" Pho! They do not abide by all the traditional rules and it is different, but not bad. I ordered the Pho Nam (Fatty Brisket Pho) and the Pork & Avocado Spring Rolls. Both dishes are very light. The broth was clear and they used Banh Pho noodles (Flat Medium Rice Noodles) that are more traditional in Central Vietnam - You can see them in the photos attached. The spring rolls were also very light and refreshing with tender pork and they were delicious. The portion sizes are on the smaller-medium size which I actually appreciate, although I know a lot of people that would prefer the overly large portion sizes. It was a good amount to feel full, but not like Ive overeaten. The place is very clean and maintained on the inside. The entire time I was eating, they were wiping down utensils one by one, and were hand stamping their name on the to go bags. They are meticulous with their work, and you can definitely tell! Side note - Even their disposable chopsticks were quality (and adorable. Image attached too).

5 /5 JP: From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm welcome and delicious tea. They were even kind enough to refill my tea for the road because I liked it so much! The broth is incredibly rich and flavorful and the meat quality is top notch. I’m not super familiar with the fresh flat noodles, and mine broke into about 3 to 5 cm pieces, but I actually liked that because I could just shovel the soup and noodles together with my spoon. Service is excellent and it’s a great addition to the neighborhood. Also, the parking situation is much better now that Paris Baguette bought the nearby lot. Definitely give them a try if you’re in the area. (Note: I asked for extra jalapeños, so don’t let the spice in my photo scare you off lol!)

5 /5 Brianna Sandoval: Amazing service. The man that helped my family was super sweet and very attentive and we only had a take out order! The pho was very good. The broth was amazing and very flavorful. 10/10 recommend. This is a family owned business that just opened!

5 /5 Kevin Dang: A wonderful addition to the community. So far weve tried their pho, lomo saltado, shrimp toast, and ribeye udon, and everything has been delicious. Weve also ordered party trays from them which had a larger menu compared to their restaurant menu. I would highly recommend them for catering. Everyone enjoyed all the dishes, and the portions were generous as well. Parking can be a bit difficult to find in the area, but its well worth it. You can now park at the lot at the corner of Valle Vista and Mission.
