Roof Top Bistro & Bar - Goleta (CA)

3 /5 Heather Kunkle: Had a disappointing experience getting drinks with a group. We could not order at the bar, and we were required to pay together on one card, with a 23% gratuity automatically added to the bill. The rules of this were unclear (eg group size) and caused confusion. Otherwise, this is a great location with great views. Food and drinks are good. Would recommend calling in advance if you are with a part of 4+.

5 /5 M Fara (Marco Polo): Great little rooftop with reasonable pricing and great service. I was there on Friday and they had live music. It’s not like New York rooftop, nice breeze and good food. If you are from out of town and just want a drink and appetizer, this is a cute place. On the 4th floor of Hilton.

4 /5 Greg: Great spot for music and happy hour. The Mediterranean salad wasnt very impressive especially for $14, but Ive had other food here thats very good. One of the only rooftop bars in the area.

4 /5 Alison de Geus: We heard this was a lovely little place to enjoy a meal while watching the sunset across Santa Barbara orchards. We were not disappointed! We arrived just before dusk, sat by their fireplace with mai tais. Dinner was fantastic! They had salmon on the menu so I asked for a side of grilled asparagus. It was perfection! They should make it a regular dish! My family enjoyed their soft tacos and chicken ceasar. Above all else was the service. Our host, Victor bent over backwards to make our evening special and checked in regularly to see if we needed anything to make the meal better. (Ive eaten at many places but rarely had such genuine care.) We will definitely come again, for the food, view and care.
