1 /5 Joe Caputo: Based on other reviews we were excited to eat here, unfortunately we were unable to even attempt. We were greeted efficiently, and asked a table for how many, we responded two, asked inside or outside, we replied inside and then asked for any table we could sit next to one another. As a respectful gesture I prefer to sit next to my partner. Unfortunately the hostess let us know they could not accommodate that per policy. A simple look around at the empty restaurant there were ample opportunities to do so. If the restaurant was busy we’d fully understand the business need. However in this setting they would rather say no than seat two customers. I respectfully asked if I could talk to a supervisor that did not happen, instead another individual came to attempt to seat us in the same table facing one another. When we asked again if we could sit next to each other he said oh no it’s policy.
As a business owner myself I think the owner of this facility should absolutely have such a policy for when they are full, but I’d be concerned not allowing your team some flexibility and refusing service when your restaurant could easily accommodate.
On the other hand pictures 2 & 3 is from Juniper at Rowan and their breakfast was fantastic.
