5 /5 Ruslan B: Ive had pho/banh mi all over south sac and Seattle but this is still hands down the best pho and banh mi Ive ever had.
The bread on the banh mi is always warm and soft. Slight crunch on the crust. Meat always juicy and the pickle carrots/daikon super delicious. The banh mi comes with bit of mayo and patte which should be standard but youd be surprised how many places dont include that.
The broth is always rich with flavor and they have a good portion balance.
Owners are super nice and attentive, and the vibe of the shop is calm and cozy. Hands down one of the best restaurants in Amador, were truly lucky to have them.
