1 /5 Stevie Johnson: If I could give them zero I would! This hotel is the worst, the employee’s and owner do not care about quality. I was robbed by them $700, I came in august and the A/C did not work in my room, the cable had been cut, lights didnt work, and electrical outlets exposed. instead of moving my room they said “we will send someone up” never did, the next day I asked about moving or refund since I was staying multiple nights they refused and wanted me to sign some sort of paper stating I was 100% satisfied with my stay to be transferred to a different room, which I told them absolutely not, I would just stay in the current room. They refused to allow that and kept my money, using the police to make me leave. They told the police I had to go through booking to get my money, come to find out they had to do the refund and refused it. I was out $700 because they have zero standard. I had my baby, I am disabled and so was my father and this room was in unworking condition

2 /5 Joan Buzzard: My sister and I stayed here 2 nights in sept. Made our reservation 3 weeks ahead. When we arrived they did not have our room we reserved? a room with balancony a young employe made the mistake and there were no rooms left. I talked to the manager and asked what he could do! He was a bit rood and said all that is left is a more expensive room that would cost 150 more for 2 nights. We said that is not fair and he said take it or I will just refund your money. We ended up taking it. The view was very nice but!! the lamps by bedside didnt work none of the outlets in the bathroom worked the pool was dirty and the jets in hot tub didnt work!!! In fact the hotel in general was not very clean or kept up. We will never stay there again!!!! rating POOR!

5 /5 Linda Corey: I stayed here in late April and again in late October. The time in April was noisy, with lots of families and kids running around. We didnt have a good experience. In October the hotel was half empty and quiet. The room was clean, spacious and had a great ocean view. It was delightful sitting by the picture windows in the restaurant and watching the dramatic storm surf nearby. The hotel is in a picturesque spot near the Battery Point Lighthouse and some sea stacks in the surf. You can take Front Street from the hotel to us 101 and good restaurants and points of interest in Crescent City. We enjoyed our stay so much we cant wait to return.

4 /5 MaryGrace Bedwell: This hotel has everything you need and nothing too fancy. It’s definitely on the older side and not very glamorous, but it has the basics covered, is clean, and is in a stunning spot! The room was clean with fridge and microwave, the staff in the hotel and restaurant were kind, and it’s dog friendly! Quick walk to the lighthouse, beautiful scenery on site. The sauna was an added plus, especially on the rainy, cold Christmas Eve we stayed!

5 /5 Beech Crew: Zero complaints! The location is convenient to the Redwoods, and local beaches. The room was spacious and clean , with a beautiful ocean view ,comfortable beds and a jacuzzi tub. The facility is a little dated ,but overall it was clean and a good value. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant located inside the lodge has good food and it is convenient . The beach is private and roomy enough for our family to enjoy. My family enjoyed the indoor pool and the hot tub . It was pleasant and quiet, though we stayed 3 week nights.
