5 /5 Jerome Melgar: Went here on a Saturday evening. Place wasnt too packed and parking easy to find. No wait time.
One waitress was working and told me to sit anywhere. They have an extensive menu of Mexican food with a California twist, along with a couple of Italian plates and some Asian plates. I went with their strawberry lemonade, shrimp taco and their Alfredo pasta with chicken and shrimp. They provide chips and salsa for free. The chips were seasoned nicely and the salsa had a hot/mild kick to it. The shrimp taco was amazing. The combination of how the tortilla was fried, the salsas, melted cheese and the cooked shrimp makes it a winner. The Alfredo pasta was copious! A good amount of protein and pasta. The protein was cooked well, broccoli had an al dente texture. The sauce could use a little work, but still good. The strawberry lemonade was very good.
Overall, a gem of a spot in the southern part of Visalia. Great cumbia music playing in the background. The waitress was very nice and constantly checking in. Id say the restaurant lighting needs to be more bright, but Im splitting hairs. Highly recommend checking this spot out!
