5 /5 Fabian Pulido: I go around and try different Pho in Tracy, this place beat my favorite joint by one STAR. The broth they offer are ridicules flavorful!! The meats are very tender and fresh tasting. My new place Togo until I find something better, its going to be hard to beat! They also have a monitor on the wall showing you how they make the dishes from scratch, and when I paid, there was a $2 dollar coupon off my next visit!
