5 /5 Vicky T: We went Tuesday night, they werent busy. The food was served quick, service was great. The restaurant is spacious and clean. Price was reasonable. It was around $60 for 2 of us for this amount of food Kua Mee (5/5) we both like the texture and flavor. Its not too dry like other reviews said, but not too soggy. We asked for spicy and the spice level was perfect. Beef lapp (4/5): it was ok in my opinion. The beef was tender, the flavor is a but salty, it would be perfect to eat with rice Kao Soy (4/5): its also just salty flavor, but I think it is how it is since I tried it at other Laos restaurant and it is how it is Mango sticky rice (5/5) you will never go wrong with mango sticky rice. It wasnt too sweet and perfect texture even though its not mango season Thai tea (4/5): too sweet for me. I wish they were able to adjust the sweetness, but even extra cream still makes it too sweet.

5 /5 Liv Ivy: One word: amazing! This is truly a gem in Stockton. If you are looking for healthy, delicious, and fresh food - Lao Der! The ambience was so elegant and pleasant. We came for dinner and the service was wonderful. The young gentleman gave us great recommendations. I’m definitely going to return.

Thom Kureng Nai tastes even better with fresh cilantro, extra vegetables, and a sprinkle of chili flakes. It’s a bit salty, so ask for a little extra water. Long Review Korean restaurants in the US often avoid organ-based dishes due to customer preferences and ingredient sourcing, so you don’t see many soups like naejangtang. In contrast, Lao restaurants offer a wide variety of organ dishes. It’s interesting to see how many of them align well with Korean tastes, which made me rethink Lao food culture. Although organ soups can be unfamiliar to many Americans, once you develop a taste for them, they become quite addictive. Thom Kureng Nai is especially worth trying. Add fresh cilantro, plenty of vegetables, and sprinkle some chili flakes for a deeper, more savory flavor. The dish can be on the salty side, so it helps to ask for a little extra water to balance it out.

5 /5 Lijia Cheng: Ramono is one of the best servers I’ve met! Super polite, friendly and helpful. The food was wonderful. Imperial rolls were good, and don’t miss the Nam Kao - crispy fried rice with pork and mint, served with lettuce wrap - a really unique, tasty dish. The mango sticky rice is on the sweeter side. Would love to come back and try other dishes on the menu!
